Printed December 1943.	AW-TU-11A. To Zillmere, Qld on 3 August 1965. Characteristics: thick vertical lines on each side of the centre box; "transmission" is hyphenated; "The address ..." is in lower case letters; letters on the reverse side span about 132 mm except for the 1948 printing which spans 128 mm. Very late usage (22 years after printing) but not unusual - newer forms were placed on top of old ones in the Post Offices and hence some old forms had been at the bottom of the pile for many years.
Printed July 1946.	AW-TU-11B. Unused transmission form. Characteristics: thin vertical lines on each side on centre box; "transmission" is not hyphenated; "The address ..." is in small upper case letters; very different format for the schedule number; text in lower left box is all capitals.
