Characteristics:
- thick vertical lines on each side of the centre box;
- "transmission" is hyphenated;
- "The address ..." is in lower case letters;
- letters on the reverse side span about 132 mm except for the 1948 printing which spans 128 mm.
Very late usage (22 years after printing) but not unusual - newer forms were placed on top of old ones in the Post Offices and hence some old forms had been at the bottom of the pile for many years. |
